Hints and explanations

The three non-profit EXFOUR COMPENSATION OFFICES ease today for about 950 affiliated employers and self-employed and about 46’500 employees the execution of numerous tasks relating to social security insurance in a competent, efficient and competitive way. In short:

  • We are the only compensation office in Switzerland contacting beneficiaries directly for all our members and thus sensibly relieves the workload of the HR
  • We are one of the few compensation offices active throughout Switzerland in all national languages and English to account all companies in all cantons with a single statement
  • We offer access to our own daily sickness allowance insurance with advantageous contribution rates and a close monitoring of the employees

You can find further information in the EXFOUR compensation office flyer. Contact us for any questions or suggestions you might have.
