The three non-profit EXFOUR COMPENSATION OFFICES currently support around 950 affiliated employers and self-employed and about 46,500 employees in the efficient, competent, and cost-effective administration of numerous social insurance tasks.
In short brief:
- We are the only compensation office in Switzerland that communicates directly on behalf of all our members and thereby significantly reduces the workload for HR departments.
- We are one of the few compensation offices active throughout Switzerland that provide consolidated billing for companies across all cantons in all Swiss national languages as well as in English.
