Brief description
About 80 companies and independents with approximately 2’500 employees profit from the privately operated, non-profit DAILY SICKNESS ALLOWANCES INSURANCE OFFICE EXFOUR that is organized as a self-help organisation. It is an association as defined in the civil code.
Services
Different insurance models, taking into account the individual requirements, are available at competitive premiums to cover economic consequences of sickness and (in addition to the income compensation allowances in the event of maternity within the framework of the APG) maternity. It is not necessary to register every insured person by name.
In the case of long-term daily allowances the insured clients will be advised and accompanied in close contact. The contribution rates are independent of sex and age. During the payment of allowances no premiums are due. The premiums are levied quarterly in arrears.
To further relieve the employers the cooperation of the different branches of social insurance is monitored and coordinated DAILY SICKNESS ALLOWANCES INSURANCE OFFICE EXFOUR. Earned income surpluses flow back to the member companies in form of contribution refunds. Major fluctuations in benefit expenses are absorbed through reserves for fluctuations in benefits.
