Who benefits from «connect»?

  • Employers, self-employed persons with employees who are affiliated with our office
  • Self-employed persons who pay their contributions through our office

At the federal level, efforts are underway to introduce an electronic identity for natural persons by 2025. With this "e-ID", natural persons are clearly identifiable and may also use «connect».

 

How does «connect» support us?

«connect» is an interactive platform (sharepoint) for electronic communication and handling of numerous administrative activities.

Thanks to the electronic handling of a multitude of tasks, the administrative effort is reduced considerably. This results in short communication channels that comply with data protection regulations. Information, letters, tasks and invoices sent by us can be viewed at any time via the shared electronic dossier. The use of «connect» is free of charge and available 24/7 days.

«connect» is constantly being expanded and currently offers the following services:

  • Registration and deregistration of employees
  • Registration and cancellation of entitlements to family allowances
  • Request of income compensation for persons doing service (military), maternity and paternity allowances and care allowances
  • Entering salary data online for employers without ELM or with less than 30 employees
  • Transfer of payroll data by ELM file directly from your payroll programme (www.swissdec.ch)
  • Entering ALPS - online reporting of postings and activity in two or more States
  • Modification of advanced payments

Additional options of communication such as personal or professional changes regarding employees and querying of numerous documents, simplify administrative processing and relieves the HR department.

Trustees from different employers with identical login can switch directly between clients. Important to know: A login does not replace the power of attorney of the member; EXFOUR requires a valid power of attorney for telephone and written information outside of «connect».

 

Thanks to the encrypted transmission, the data is protected and complies with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act, applicable from 1 September 2023.

    Order login data

    Registration has to be made for each member number with the respective registration code. You will
    therefore receive a separate registration code for each member number by separate letters. The same
    login data (e-mail address, mobile no., password) may be used for this purpose. This gives you access
    to all your member numbers with only one login.
