Emails are being sent in the name of the Federal Social Insurance Office (BSV) and also in our name, EXFOUR. Both the BSV and we expressly state that we do NOT send such emails! This is a phishing attempt designed to obtain your personal data. For example, you may be told that your insurance card has expired or that you are entitled to supplementary AHV benefits. You will then be asked to enter sensitive, personal information on a website.

The relevant authorities have already been informed.

Under no circumstances should you click on the links contained in these emails; delete them immediately.
